Three Salt-Glazed Stoneware Pitchers, Middle TN origin, late 19th or early 20th century, two of squat-shaped, ovoid form with dipped reddish-brown slip and overlying salt glaze, together with a small-sized example of ovoid form with flared collar. Largest with a 2 3/4" in-the-firing crack to underside, not visible on interior, some minor rim nicks, and some minor rim wear. Middle-sized with rim and spout chips. Smallest with a rim chip. H (of tallest) 6 3/8"
