Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Jug, Stamped "WJM," William J. Marshall, Crawford County, GA, late 19th century, cylindrical jug with tooled, slightly-flared spout, the surface covered in a mottled dark-olive alkaline glaze. Impressed with "WJM" maker's mark on handle. Good condition with one spout chip and a minor in-the-firing fissure in spout. H 10".
