Half-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug with Charleston, WV Advertising, Western PA origin, circa 1880, ovoid jug with tooled spout, featuring the stenciled advertising, "BEN BAER. / WHOLESALE / LIQUOR DEALER / CHARLESTON. W.VA." An approximately 5" vertical hairline to midsection on front including a tiny ping or surface nick. Minor surface wear. H 9 3/4".
