Two Glazed Redware Dishes, attributed to Jacob Medinger, Limerick Township, Montgomery County, PA, circa 1925, one with daubed manganese under a clear lead glaze, paired with a smaller example with lead-and-manganese-glazed interior. Provenance: Descended in the Medinger family to its current owner. Both in excellent condition, the larger with minor rim wear and some glazed-over, in-the-firing fissures. Diam. (of smaller) 5 1/8".
