Miniature Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug with Impressed Designs, Northeastern U.S. origin, first quarter 19th century, ovoid jug with semi-rounded spout, the shoulder impressed with two checkerboard motifs flanking a circular asterisk. Cobalt highlights to shoulder and handle terminals. Excellent condition with staining. H 4 5/8".
