Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Dish with Applied Grapes Motif, Signed "C/AM.," Cheever and Arie Meaders, Cleveland, GA, circa 1960, wheel-thrown dish with semi-rounded rim, the alkaline-glazed interior decorated with a hand-modeled and applied design of a cluster of grapes flanked by leaves, highlighted in blue and green. Underside with brushed blue-slip signature, "C/AM.," for Cheever and Arie Meaders. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. Diam. 11".
