Three-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "WM.E. WARNER / WEST TROY," NY State origin, mid 19th century, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, applied lug handles, and thin, semi-rounded rim, brush-decorated with a double-blossomed tulip plant accented with spots. Cobalt highlights to maker's mark and capacity mark. Provenance: William Bouck Collection. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a salt drip to top of proper left handle and a few minor in-the-firing pings. H 9 3/4".
