Unusual Stoneware Bowl with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "I. SEYMOUR / TROY," NY State origin, circa 1837-1852, ovoid bowl with tooled shoulder, flaring rim, and applied lug handles, brush-decorated with a vertical, fan-shaped flower blossom. Cobalt highlight to maker's mark. Provenance: William Bouck Collection. Excellent condition with a minor rim chip on reverse and some water glass staining to interior. W (at rim) 9 1/2" ; H 6 3/8".
