Scarce McKeesport, PA Tanware Advertising Jug, New Geneva or Greensboro, PA, circa 1885, cylindrical jug featuring the stenciled Albany slip advertising, "H.D. ERENBURGH / LIQUOR / DEALER / 9th. & MARKET / STS. COR / McKEESPORT." Wear to spout and handle. An in-the-firing contact mark (raised circular piece of clay) to front. Small glaze fissures to body. Nicks to bottom edge of jug. H 7 1/2".
