Half-Gallon Salt-Glazed Stoneware Jar, Stamped "J. SWANK & CO. / JOHNSTOWN, PA.," circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tapered shoulder and flared rim, impressed at the shoulder with a J. Swank & Co. maker's mark above a half-gallon capacity mark. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 8 1/2".
