One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1825, cylindrical jar with footed base and squared rim, brush-decorated on the front and reverse with double-stemmed plant featuring blossoms composed of graduated circles. A shallow 7/8" chip to underside along bottom edge. Small base chips, some in-the-firing. H 10".
