Very Rare Glazed Redware Sugar Bowl with Inscription, Signed "Isaac Boyer / 1848," Adams County, Pennsylvania, origin, finely-potted bowl with rounded foot, stepped shoulder, and flared rim, the surface covered in lead glaze over an orange ground. Incised on underside "This Sager Bole [sic] was made by Isaac Boyer 1848". Missing lid. Bowl in excellent condition with minor wear to shoulder and rim. H 3 3/4".
