Two Stoneware Jars, Stenciled "HAMILTON & JONES / GREENSBORO, PA," circa 1875, one with stenciled tulip decoration and freehand swag, stripe, and dash decoration; the other with stenciled foliate designs and freehand stripes and dashes. Three-gallon stenciled-tulip jar with wide crack extending from rim to underside, as well as a large rim chip. Other jar with significant poor restoration to jar. Most of decoration intact and original.
