Six-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Stenciled "HAMILTON & JONES / GREENSBORO / PA," circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with stenciled foliate and geometric designs. Two small chips on interior of rim. Chips to underside of rim on reverse. Salt drip at base on reverse.
