Stahl Pottery Sgraffito Redware Presentation Wedding Plate, Dated September 10, 1948, PA origin, with polychrome-glazed sgraffito decoration of two doves with overlapping heart flanked by tulips. Pennsylvania German inscription around outer border. Inner border and reverse with wedding inscription. Signed "Monty / 1948" on reverse. Excellent condition. D 9 7/8".
