Four-Gallon Stoneware Crock, Stenciled "T.F. REPPERT / GREENSBORO. PA," circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and applied lug handles, decorated with freehand stripes, Reppert stenciling with a stenciled flourish at the center, and a brushed "4" with flourishes at base. Exfoliation to surface. Large handle chip. Y-shaped crack on underside, continuing onto base in two places. 1 3/4" base chip and smaller base chips to reverse. H 14 1/2".
