Three-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "O.L. & A.K. BALLARD / BURLINGTON, VT.," circa 1860, large-sized, straight-sided jug with squared spout, decorated with a slip-trailed cobalt design of three large flowers extending from a stem. Stone ping on shoulder. Faint Y-shaped line at base. H 16 1/8".
