Three-Gallon Brown-and-White Stoneware Cider Cooler, Baltimore, MD origin, late 19th or early 20th century, demi-john-form jug with circular bung hole, stenciled in blue with the following advertising: "F.B. CARY / CIDER / 716 PENNA. AVE." Reverse with blue "3" and the impressed logo, "FRANCIS B. CARY / TRADE MARK / REGISTERED / BALTIMORE, MD." Chips to shoulder. Tiny nick to spout. H 14 5/8".
