Stoneware Bowl with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Foell & Alt, East Birmingham, PA, circa 1860, flare-rimmed bowl with tooled, semi-rounded rim, brush-decorated with a horizontal design of an open-centered flower blossoming from a leafy stem, underscored by two freehand stripes. Freehand stripe decoration to rim. A thin 4" diagonal crack and thin 2" diagonal crack, each descending from the rim on the sides of the bowl. H 5 5/8" ; Diam. 9 3/8".
