Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stenciled "HAMILTON & JONES / MANUFACTURERS. / GREENSBORO. / PA", circa 1875, ovoid jug with tooled spout and ribbed handle, decorated with stenciled tulips, stenciled flourishes, and freehand stripes. Large sealed diagonal crack to body. Two adjacent, glazed-over spout chips.
