Half-Gallon Stoneware Jar, Stenciled "HAMILTON & JONES / GREENSBORO, PA," circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, decorated with Hamilton & Jones maker's stenciling within a scrolled pattern including stenciled leafy accents to each end. Excellent condition with some soiling to surface and a few minor nicks to bottom edge.
