Four-Gallon Stoneware Cake Crock with Cobalt Foliate Decoration, Stamped "NEW YORK STONEWARE CO.," Fort Edward, NY origin, circa 1875, cylindrical crock with rounded rim and applied lug handles, decorated with a stylized slip-trailed foliate design accents with spots. Excellent condition with a small chip to one handle and some nicks to rim.
