Two Pieces of GOODWN & WEBSTER Stoneware, Hartford, CT origin, circa 1815, a one-gallon ovoid jar with handles, paired with a three-gallon ovoid jug, marked "3" in cobalt, with additional cobalt highlights. Jar with chipping to base and three cracks from rim. Jug with small hole in reverse, salt drip to front, chipping and hairlines at base, and some faint lines at base of handle.
