Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Cake Crock, probably Philadelphia, second half 19th century, a Bristol-slip-glazed cake crock with semi-squared rim and applied handles, decorated with cobalt swags. Large glazed-over rim chip, otherwise excellent condition.
