Two-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Bird Decoration, Northeastern U.S. origin, circa 1860, cylindrical crock with semi-rounded rim and applied lug handles, decorated with a brushed and slip-trailed design of a crested bird accented with dashes. Excellent condition with a small chip on interior of rim.
