Stoneware Wax Sealer with Brushed Cobalt Inscription, Western PA or WV origin, late 19th century, cylindrical jar with flared wax sealer rim, decorated with a cobalt cross and an illegible name in cobalt script. Small base chips, one of which is glazed over. Light wear to interior of rim. Chip to exterior of rim.
