Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Greensboro, PA origin, circa 1870, cylindrical jar with rounded shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and tooled midsection, decorated with wavy vertical stripes of cobalt flanking a script number 2. Inverted T-shaped crack in underside, extending partway around base and 6" up reverse of jar. Chips to interior of rim. H 12 1/2".
