Stoneware Wax Sealer with Cobalt Stripe Decoration, Western PA origin, circa 1875, cylindrical jar with sloping shoulder and rounded rim, decorated with four brushed cobalt stripes. 1 3/4" chip to rim, probably in-the-making. Small chip to interior of rim. H 8".
