One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, attributed to Branch Green, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1820, ovoid jug with heavily-tooled spout, brush-decorated with four cobalt daubs around the shoulder. Base chips. Some light wear around midsection. A minor glazed-over spout nick on reverse. H 11".
