Four Salt-Glazed Stoneware Bottles, American, 19th century, one with cobalt-highlighted top, stamped "LEMON BEER" and "J. CHESTER;" one with cobalt-banded shoulder, impressed with the cobalt-highlighted mark, "HYDE PARK;" one impressed "B & B;" and one unmarked. Lemon Beer bottle with a spout chip, spout wear, wear to shoulder, a few surface chips, and shallow chipping to base. Hyde Park bottle with some surface wear to shoulder. B & B bottle with a thin spider crack descending from spout to shoulder on reverse, hairlines to shoulder on front, and two in-the-firing iron pings to body. Unmarked bottle with some in-the-firing residue and a minor in-the-firing chip to top of spout, wear to edge of shoulder, a chip to edge of shoulder, and a small in-the-firing ping to edge of shoulder. H (of tallest) 9 1/2".
