Scarce Glazed Stoneware Bottle, Stamped "H.H. ZIGLER / NEWVILLE, PA," circa 1855, semi-ovoid bottle with narrow neck and rounded spout, the surface covered in a light wash of Albany slip glaze, producing a streaky, dark olive appearance. Impressed Zigler mark on underside. Excellent condition. H 7 1/2".
