Glazed Redware Harvest Jug, probably PA origin, 19th century, ovoid form with flattened top, arched handle, and applied tubular pouring spout, the lead-glazed surface featuring mottled green-and-orange coloration flecked with iron. A raised piece of clay with piercing allows air flow for easy pouring. Various degrees of exfoliation to surface. A chip to interior of spout. Some wear to spout and handle. H (to top of handle) 12 1/4".
