Four-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "BURGER & LANG / ROCHESTER, N.Y.", circa 1875, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, applied lug handles, and semi-rounded rim, decorated with a large slip-trailed design of a daisy, featuring shaded details to the petals and leaves. Slip-trailed "4" to shoulder. Brushed cobalt highlights to maker's mark. A chip to one handle. Minor rim wear. Some water glass staining to interior.
