Two Glazed Redware Flowerpots, attributed to George Wagner, Lehighton, Carbon County, PA, fourth quarter 19th century, both with coggled rims and attached saucers, the smaller example with coggled wavy line design around shoulder. Both decorated with streaks of copper and manganese and covered in a clear lead glaze. Smaller example with residue on interior and chips to rim and saucer. Larger example with chips to interior of rim, wear to exterior of rim, a short hairline from rim, and chips to saucer. H (of larger flowerpot) 5".
