One-Gallon Wheeling, WV Stoneware Advertising Jug, Western PA origin, circa 1875, semi-ovoid jug with tooled spout, featuring the stenciled cobalt advertising "LOUIS F FROBE. / WINES & LIQUORS / 1044 MARKET ST. / WHEELING W.VA". Chip to side of spout. In-the-firing separation at upper handle terminal. Some in-the-firing contact marks to jug.
