One-and-a-Half-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "P. HERRMANN," Baltimore, MD, circa 1860, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder, squared rim, and applied tab handles, decorated with brushed swag and tulip designs on front and reverse. Essentially as-made condition with two in-the-firing chips to base, measuring 2" and 1".
