Three-Gallon Redware Jar with Manganese Tulip Decoration, Stamped "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO," PA origin, third quarter 19th century, ovoid jar with incised shoulder, coved rim molding, and ribbed lug handles, decorated on the front and reverse with two brushed manganese tulip. Shoulder impressed "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO". Exfoliation and varnishing to surface. Small chips and roughness to interior of rim. Base chips. Glaze flakes to interior base.
