Two-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "ALBANY NY," third quarter 19th century, ovoid jar with rounded rim and applied lug handles, decorated with a stylized slip-trailed plant design featuring two circular blossoms. A shallow chip and in-the-firing stone ping to one handle. A minor nick to opposite handle. A small iron ping near base on front. Some light staining to surface.
