Large-Sized Stoneware "ROOT BEER" Pitcher, attributed to the White's Pottery, Utica, NY, late 19th century, semi-ovoid pitcher with spurred handle, the spout with perforated strainer on interior, the sides decorated with a raised tavern scene beneath the words "ROOT BEER". Spout with Bacchus mask decoration. Excellent condition with a small chip to nose of face on spout. H 10 1/4".
