Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, attributed to R.J. Grier, Chester Co., PA, circa 1880, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim, decorated with a series of brushed leaves around the shoulder. Excellent condition with a small rim chip and stone ping at base.
