Unusual Half-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, probably Midwestern origin, second half 19th century, narrow, cylindrical jug with rounded spout and applied handle, decorated with a curving vine bearing a dotted tulip blossom. Heavy wear to spout. Two small surface flakes to handle. Minor base chips. H 10 1/2".
