Multi-Glazed Redware Egg Cup, Strasburg, VA origin, circa 1890, with tooled pedestal base and rounded cup, the surface decorated with bright green and brown glazes over a cream-colored ground. Excellent color. Small base chip. 1 1/4" line in surface of base near edge, which does not extend through to underside. H 3".
