Scarce One-Gallon Camden, NJ Stoneware Script Jug with "Pure Cider Vinegar" Advertising, attributed to the Fulper Pottery, Flemington, NJ, late 19th century, cylindrical Bristol-slip-glazed jug with squared spout, decorated with the cobalt script advertising "L.H. Hunt. / Fine Groceries. / Camden, N.J." Advertising below reads "JOHN P. CASE / PURE CIDER VINEGAR / HUNTERDON CO. CLOVER HILL, N.J." Provenance: Tom McCandless Collection, Hopewell, NJ. Two small spout chips, one of which is glazed over. Base chips. H 11".
