Stoneware Bottle with Cobalt "R" Decoration, Northeastern U.S. origin, mid to late 19th century, cylindrical bottle with tapered neck and blob top, decorated with a slip-trailed cobalt "R" on the front and back. Two base chips. Glaze wear to edge of shoulder. 1" spout chip and other spout wear. H 10 1/4".
