Rare Three-Gallon Stoneware Cream Jar with Cobalt Starface Decoration, Stamped "T. HARRINGTON / LYONS," New York State origin, circa 1860, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder and applied handles, decorated with a large slip-trailed cobalt starface design covering most of the jar's front. Some restoration to fry to cobalt. Light exfoliation on reverse. Two handle chips. 3 1/4� crack frm rim. Glazed-over base chip. Flaking to interior. H 12�.
