Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Wreath Decoration, Stamped "BURGER & LANG / ROCHESTER N.Y.," circa 1875, semi-ovoid jug with rounded spout, decorated with a slip-trailed coblat wreath with bow at base surrounding the number 2. Stone pings to reverse. Small spout chip. 1 1/4" hairline from base. A few small base chips. H 14 1/2".
