Bristol Slip Glazed Stoneware Jug with Florida Advertising and Bail Handle, American, late 19th or early 20th century, squat-shaped jug with applied clay ears and wire bail handle, decorated with the advertising "ATLANTIC COAST DIST. CO. / Jacksonville, Fla. / LOWEST PRICED / WHISKEY HOUSE / SEND FOR CONFIDENTIAL LIST." 1/2" x 3/4" shallow flake off spout on reverse and a few other small spout chips. Base chips. 3" vertical line on side under one handle. H 9 3/4".
