One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Swag Decoration, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim, decorated around the shoulder with a series of large brushed cobalt swags. Near mint condition with a small chip on interior of rim. H 10 1/4".
