One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Crock, Stamped "EVAN R. JONES / PITTSTON, PA," circa 1875, cylindrical crock with applied lug handles, decorated with dotted cobalt blossom extending from a leafy stem. Small handle nick, small rim nick, spots of staining to surface, and an in-the-firing 2" line on underside, which does not extend through to the interior. H 7 1/4".
