Celadon-Glazed Canning Jar, Stamped "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO," circa 1860, cylindrical jar with rounded shoulder and inner "wax sealer" rim design to hold a metal canning lid. Lead-glazed surface with attractive greenish celadon coloration. Mint condition. H 6".
